Let’s Talk About What’s Happening

You don’t have to work it all out before you ask for support.

Perhaps you’re dealing with behaviour that feels difficult, unpredictable or exhausting.

Perhaps you’re noticing something about your child’s development that you can’t quite put your finger on.

Or perhaps you’re an early years professional who knows a child needs something different, but you’re not sure what that should look like.

You don’t need to have all the answers before we talk.

A Discovery Call is simply a chance to tell me what you’re noticing, ask questions and work out what kind of support - if any - would be most helpful.

Start with a Discovery Call

A short, no-pressure conversation to find your next step.

During your Discovery Call, we can:

  • Talk through what you’re noticing

  • Explore what feels difficult or unclear

  • Consider what may be sitting underneath the behaviour

  • Discuss what you have already tried

  • Identify what might help next

  • Talk through the support options available

You don't need to prepare anything formal.

Just bring what you're noticing and what you're wondering about.

It's to help you leave the conversation with more clarity about what to do next.

Not sure whether you need a call?

You might be wondering:

“Is this really something I should ask for help with?”

If you keep thinking about it, you're probably already noticing something worth exploring.

You don't need to wait until behaviour becomes overwhelming.

You don't need to wait until someone else agrees there is a problem.

And you don't need to know whether it's behaviour, development, communication, regulation, SEND - or something else.

We can start with the question: “What am I noticing?”

What happens after you book?

1. We talk

You tell me what you're noticing and what you're finding difficult.

2. We make sense of it

Together, we look beyond the visible behaviour and consider what might be underneath it.

3. We identify your next step

That might be a practical strategy, further observation, a consultation, a support package or another appropriate next step.

4. You move forward with greater clarity

You won't be left with a generic list of things to try.

A different way of looking at behaviour

My work is grounded in a simple principle:

Notice before judging.
Understand before reacting.
Pause before responding.
Connect before correcting.
Support early.

Because when we change the way we understand children, we can change the way they experience us.

Ready to talk?

You don't need to know exactly what is going on.

You don't need to know exactly what you need.

You just need to know that something isn't quite working and you'd like some help making sense of it.

Let's start there.

No pressure.

No judgement.

Just a conversation about what you're noticing and what might help.

Book a One to One Session

Just a conversation about what you're noticing and what might help.
